- Acquiring Land: Securing over 100 acres within the Diocese of Palm Beach. This would include land in any of the following counties: Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, Okeechobee, and Indian River County, Florida for our camp and retreat center.
- Site Planning and Infrastructure: Carefully planning the site layout and developing the infrastructure to support our mission.
- Architecture and Design: Embracing the timeless beauty of old-world Catholic architecture, blending classic elements with the serene charm of old Florida style to create inspiring and sacred spaces guided by the divine inspiration of God, our Creator.
- Building Construction: Constructing facilities that reflect our commitment to excellence, tradition, and spiritual enrichment.
- Implementing Programs: Utilizing diverse Catholic curriculums and programs tailored to family needs, integrating Catholic teachings, Sacramental life, and practical skills for daily living.

Ways to Give Land
There are various ways you can donate land to the Holy Family Foundation:
- Outright Donations: Give the land directly to the foundation, transferring full ownership and title.
- Bequest in a Will: Include a provision in your will to leave the land to the foundation upon your passing.
- Life Estate: Donate the land but retain the right to use it during your lifetime. The foundation would take full ownership upon your death.
- Charitable Remainder Trust: Place the land in a trust, allowing you to receive income from it for a specified period, with the remainder going to the foundation.
- Bargain Sale: Sell the land to the foundation at a price below market value, allowing you to receive some financial compensation while also making a charitable contribution.
- Lease with Option to Buy: Lease the Land to the foundation with an option for the foundation to purchase it at a later date.
- Donation of Undivided Interest: Donate a percentage interest in the land, sharing ownership with the foundation.
- Conservation Easement: Donate a conservation easement, which restricts the land’s development, while potentially retaining ownership or donating it outright.
- Gift Annuity: Transfer the land in exchange for a guaranteed lifetime annuity payment from the foundation.
- Trusts and Foundations: Use a private foundation or charitable trust to donate the land, potentially providing tax benefits.
